Terms and Conditions of Service
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AND ENSURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THEM BEFORE ACCEPTING, AS THEY INCLUDE IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE AS WELL AS YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AROUND THE SERVICE WE ARE ABOUT TO PROVIDE YOU WITH. IF YOU REFUSE TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU CANNOT USE THE SERVICE.
We advise you to print a copy of these Terms and Conditions or save them to your computer or mobile device for future reference.
1. Overview
We are Limos4 Germany GmbH, Schummanstraße 46-48, 63069, Offenbach am Main (“Limos4” or “We” or “us”). As part of our service (“the Coordination Service”), we arrange the ground transportation service for you that will be provided by an independent third-party transportation provider (“Third-Party Provider“). We are part of the Swiss group, Limos4, which provides premium ground transportation services in more than 70 countries worldwide.
These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms and Conditions”) (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen) govern the contractual relationship between you as a customer (“you” or “Customer”) and us for the provision of the Service.
Please note that other terms will apply to you as well, in particular the following:
- The Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and process your personal data, defines our mutual rights and obligations under the applicable data protection legislation.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in a country in which the Service is accessible.
If you reside in a country that restricts the use of the Service because of age, or restricts the ability to enter into contracts such as this one due to age, you must abide by such age limits, and you must not use the Service.
Our Service can only be used by persons that are not listed as sanctioned persons on, including but not limited to, the Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets in the UK maintained by HM Treasury, the consolidated list of persons, groups and entities subject to EU financial sanctions maintained by the European Commission, and the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List maintained by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (“the Sanctioned Person”).
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby confirm that you are not, to the best of your knowledge, the Sanctioned Person.
3. Our Contract
In order to be able to use the Service, you first need to agree to these Terms and Conditions, which represent a binding legal contract for the provision of the Service, concluded between Limos4 and you.
Limos4 does not provide the transportation services to you by itself.
For the purposes of arranging access to the ground transportation service provided by the Third-Party Provider (“the Transportation Service”), we conclude agreements with Third-Party Providers in the form of a contract for the benefit of third parties (Vertrag zugunsten Dritter) within the meaning of § 328 BGB. Based on this, you are entitled to claim the provision of the Transportation Service directly from the Third-Party Provider. The claim for compensation by Limos4 that you are obliged to pay under this Agreement includes the compensation for the Coordination Service as well as the compensation for the Transportation Service.
3.1 Booking Request
When making a reservation for the Service on our Website (“the Booking Request”), you are obligated to provide us with information about your trip and your personal information (name, surname, date of birth, address and mobile telephone number).
By submitting the Booking Request, you guarantee to us that all information that you have provided us with is complete and accurate. The submission of the Booking Request on our Website by you creates a binding offer for the conclusion of the contract for the provision of the Coordination Service by us, and the Transportation Service by the Third-Party Provider.
Any modification, cancellation, additional stops or service that is different from originally specified in the Booking Request can and must be arranged and authorized by our Customer Care Team only and should not be discussed or arranged with the assigned chauffeur.
If you try to amend the originally booked service without notifying our Customer Care Team first, we shall not be responsible and cannot be held liable for the inconveniences or additional expenses that you may be exposed to.
3.2 Booking Confirmation
Following the receipt of your Booking Request, conditional upon completeness of all provided information and our availability, we will share relevant information with the Third-Party Providers and check their availability to provide you with the Transportation Service.
Conditional upon their availability and acceptance of your offer, we will be sending you the Booking Confirmation which represents the official acceptance of your offer.
The Booking Confirmation is sent to the email address that you indicate in your Booking Request. Based on the Booking Confirmation, a binding agreement for the provision of the Service is concluded between you and us and for the provision of the Transportation Service by the Third-Party Provider.
The Booking Confirmation contains all details of the services that will be provided to you. For the avoidance of doubt, any samples, drawings, descriptive matter or advertising issued by us, and any descriptions or illustrations contained in our catalogues or brochures and any information available on our Website about our service offering or conditions, are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Service described in them. They shall not form part of the agreement between us or have any contractual force.
4. Terms and Conditions of the Transportation Service
You can only book the Transportation Service via Limos4, and the Transportation Service will be provided to you by the Third-Party Provider in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the remaining chapters of these Terms and Conditions.
In order to be able to use the claim for the Transportation Service granted by us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of the Transportation Service that will regulate your relationship with the Third-Party Provider.
4.1 Vehicle, Passengers and Luggage
The ordered vehicle specified in your Booking Request is provided per availability of the Third-Party Provider. If, due to extraordinary circumstances beyond Limos4’s control, the Third-Party Provider cannot provide you with the ordered vehicle, we reserve the right to provide you with a different vehicle of the same class.
By accepting the Booking Confirmation, you agree to use the Transportation Service and vehicle as indicated in it.
Limos4 shall not be responsible and cannot be held liable if, due to shortened availability of the Third-Party Provider and including but not limited to possible unexpected adverse weather, traffic conditions, road accidents, chauffeur illness, road-works, strike action or as a result of action taken to comply with the direct instructions given by a police officer, the vehicle sent to pick-up venue differs in colour and model from the vehicle selected by you.
Following Booking Confirmation, amendments to the Booking Request cannot be guaranteed and are strictly subject to Third-Party Provider availability. We shall not be responsible and cannot be held liable if the number of passengers and/or luggage exceeds the number of passengers and/or luggage originally booked by you, specified in the Booking Request and confirmed by us in the Booking Confirmation.
In case of cancellation or rebooking due to a higher number of passengers and/or luggage, the full fare for an already booked vehicle is to be charged.
The Third-Party Provider may need to change the chauffeur or vehicle at any point of booking, without affecting the quality of the Transportation Service or vehicle class.
4.2 Airport service
With the aim of providing you with the best customer experience when using our Coordination Service, we practice flight tracking in real time to ensure on-time service regardless of whether your flight is coming in earlier or is delayed.
The Third-Party Provider (in relevant chapters of these Terms and Conditions, the driver that will be providing you with the Transportation Service is referred to as “the chauffeur”) is instantly notified about the flight arrival changes, and appropriate adjustments will be made to avoid waiting charges at the airport, which could save a huge amount on your expenses.
Nonetheless, it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes in your itinerary, changes in flight information, or if the flight is missed or delayed.
Regarding the connecting flights, please note that our Customer Care Team monitors only the last, incoming flight which brings the customers to the airport where our service begins.
4.3 Pickup instructions
Airport pickups
The chauffeur would meet and greet you at the airport arrival terminal, holding a name board sign and ready to assist with the luggage.

Non-airport pickups
The chauffeur would meet you at the given pickup address indicated in the Booking Confirmation.
At cruise ports, bus terminals and other public transportation ports
The chauffeur would wait with a name board sign in the nearest designated passenger pickup area.

In order to avoid cancellation fees applicable in the case of a no-show, you should not leave designated meeting locations without notifying our Customer Care Team on +49 69 299 22 990.
4.4 Waiting time
At airports
Price-inclusive waiting time is between 30 and 60 minutes after flight arrival time, depending on the airport where the service is provided.
Thereafter, every started hour of additional waiting time will be charged at the rate of hourly service for the assigned vehicle.

Other locations
Price-inclusive waiting time at other locations is 10 – 15 minutes after the booked pickup time. Thereafter, every started hour of additional waiting time will be charged at the rate of hourly service for the assigned vehicle.
At fixed-based-operators (FBOs) (private jet terminals)
Due to specific protocols at FBOs, the waiting time terms and the rates are different from the terms and rates valid for commercial airport pickups.

5. Behavior in the vehicle
When using the Transportation Service, you shall treat the chauffeur with care and due respect and comply with all rules specified in this chapter below.
5.1 Seat belt rule
During the entirety of the Service, you must follow all applicable road transportation regulations in the jurisdiction where the Service is provided, especially the seat belt regulations. You are obliged to wear a seat belt during the entirety of the journey (from pick-up until the drop-off).
It is strictly prohibited to open the doors while driving, throw any objects from the vehicle, and/or stick body parts out or shout from the vehicle.
If you wish to use any of the devices or facilities in the vehicle, a brief instruction is required from the chauffeur.
5.2 Food and drink consumption
Food can only be carried in closed containers, and drinks (including alcohol) can only be carried in closed bottles. During the trip, such containers and bottles may not be opened, and alcohol or food may not be consumed without the explicit consent of the chauffeur.
5.3 Animal transportation
Third-Party Provider reserves the right to refuse the carriage of luggage and/or animals which was/were not agreed to.
This also applies to animals which are not contained in a closed and suitable transport box. During carriage, any accompanying baggage and animals (where allowed) being transported are in the customer’s care.
Animals may not be kept on seats. You are liable for any damage to the interior or the exterior of the vehicle caused by accompanying animals.
5.4 Non-smoking policy
Third-Party Providers operate a non-smoking policy in all vehicles. If you ignore this, you will be liable to pay not only the cost for the cleaning of the vehicle but also compensate for the loss of business due to the downtime of the vehicle.
5.5 Transport safety
All vehicles are insured in full for your or third-party claims should an accident or incident occur.
The transport of children must always be specified in the Booking Request.
The number of children, age, height and weight, so that legally required child seats or boosters can be arranged for in advance. If you fail to provide information about this, the chauffeur can refuse the journey, and we are entitled to keep the entire fare.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of the trips are only effective if they are made in writing and communicated to us on time.
Depending on the type of vehicle as well as the time when the cancellation request was communicated to us, different cancellation fees and reimbursement rules apply:
6.1 Cancellation rules for all vehicles:
- In case of cancellation or rebooking while the chauffeur is already on the way to the pickup location and/or there is less than an hour remaining until the start of the journey, the full fare is to be charged.
- If the distance or number of hours is less than originally booked, the price remains unaffected.
For the avoidance of doubt, Limos4 and the Third-Party Provider are not obliged to comply with any change, amendment, or update of the booked service requested by you that is made less than 12 hours from the originally booked pickup time.
Changes due to flight alterations, including but not limited to cancellations or missed connections, do not affect our cancellation policy.
In addition to the above-listed rules that apply to all vehicles, the following specific rules apply depending on the specific type of vehicle:
6.2 Cancellation rules for sedans, business cans and SUV vehicles:
- If the Transportation Service is cancelled up to 12 hours before the pickup time, there is no cancellation fee.
- If the Transportation Service is cancelled within less than 12 hours before the pickup time, the cancellation fee is 100% of the agreed amount for the booked service.
6.3 Cancellation rules for minibus and coach vehicles:
- If the Transportation Service is cancelled up to 5 days before the pickup time, there is no cancellation fee.
- If the Transportation Service is cancelled between 5 and 3 days before the pickup time, the cancellation fee is 50% of the agreed amount for the booked service.
- If the Transportation Serviceis cancelled within less than 3 days before the pickup time, the cancellation fee is 100% of the agreed amount for the booked service.
7. Complaints
We constantly strive to provide you with the best possible Service and ensure persistent preservation of a high level of service quality. We also regularly share your customer feedback and complaints with the Third-Party Providers.
In order to ensure the best possible remediation of the occurred service level breach by us, or the Third-Party Provider, you shall notify our Customer Care Team of such occurrence not later than 48 hours from the service completion time.

8. Charges and Payment
Fares that we charge for the provision of the Service and the Transportation Service (“Charges”), that are indicated in the price list that is available on our Website, may be modified or updated by Limos4 at any time.
The Charges indicated on our Website and the final Charge indicated in the final invoice covers both the compensation for the Coordination Service and the Transportation Service.
Unless otherwise stated in the Booking Confirmation, all prices include statutory value-added tax (VAT) and any fees payable for using the routes (e.g. ferries, tunnel tolls, etc.).
The exact amount of the Charge will always be communicated to you before the ride and specified as final in the Booking Confirmation.
Night Surcharge: For the Transportation Services provided between 21:00 and 07:00, a night surcharge in the amount of 20% of the offered Charge is charged, which will be displayed as such in the Booking Confirmation, where applicable.
By submitting the Booking Request, unless otherwise specified in the termination provisions of these Terms and Conditions, you accept to pay the Charge (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) in exchange for the provision of the services.
The charges do not include tips. Where available, you may pay tips to the chauffeur in person.
We support different payment methods that are listed on our Website. Please note that we reserve the right to update the list of supported payment methods from time to time at our discretion.
In addition, we may offer, at our sole discretion, the additional payment option via bank transfer to our known customers. Where you are eligible for this payment method, we will display this as a supported payment method in your Booking Confirmation. Please keep in mind that bank transfer payments are to be executed at least 7 working days before the provision of the Service. This payment option is only available for known and longstanding Customers of Limos4. Limos4 may, at its sole discretion, offer this payment option to you, but is not obliged to do so at any time.
Please note that the payment of Charges can only be made in Euro (€), Swiss Franc (CHF), US dollar ($), or British Pound (£), depending on the country or region in which the Service is provided.
Unless agreed otherwise, all charges are due for payment immediately upon submission of the Booking Request using the preferred payment method. Following the receipt of payment, we will send you a receipt by email to the email address indicated in the Booking Request. If your preferred payment method is not able to be charged, you need to use an alternative payment method in order to complete the booking.
All payments in relation to the provision of the Service are being processed by an authorised third-party payment processor (“the Payment Processor”), and Limos4 is never involved in the process of processing and settlement of payment transactions related to the payments. The processing of payments or credits, as applicable, in connection with your payment of fares for the use of the Service, will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor and the issuer of your payment instrument. Limos4 is not responsible for any errors or malfunctions of the payment systems that are operated by the Payment Processor.
9. Your Liability
You are liable for any damage suffered by us as a result of your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any applicable laws and regulations that cause damage to us or the Third-Party Provider.
You are personally liable for all damage caused to the vehicle and to the chauffeur. In case of any damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle or the chauffeur, you are obliged to pay adequate compensation, in case such damage can be reasonably attributed to you. Any loss of earnings if the vehicle is out of service due to the damage will also be billed as damage that you are required to compensate us for.
You agree to indemnify Limos4 for all claims and costs, including reasonable costs for legal representation, resulting from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Our Liability
Limos4 is liable for damages caused by Limos4 or its vicarious and service agents through intent or due to gross negligence. The Third-Party Provider, including all the chauffeurs employed by the Third-Party Provider, is neither vicarious nor a service agents of Limos4 in the context of the provision of the Transportation Service.
Limos4 is liable for damages resulting from simple negligence, only with respect to the violation of a cardinal obligation (Kardinalpflicht) and only for reasonably foreseeable damages. Cardinal obligations are obligations that must be fulfilled to facilitate the proper fulfilment of the contract between Limos4 and you, and upon whose fulfilment you, as a customer, may reasonably rely.
Insofar permitted under the applicable law, we are not liable under these Terms and Conditions for including, but not limited to, liability in contract or tort for any of the following:
- loss of profits;
- loss of sales or business;
- loss of agreements or contracts;
- loss of anticipated savings;
- loss of or damage to goodwill and
- indirect or consequential loss.
In relation to luggage, the risk of confusion when unloading from the baggage is borne by you as a passenger. In relation to your possessions that you carry in the cabin of the vehicle, you are solely responsible to ensure their safe transportation during the journey.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability to you:
- for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- for fraudulent misrepresentation;
- for any other liability that, by law, may not be limited or excluded.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, and insofar as allowed under mandatory applicable law, our aggregate liability shall in no event exceed an amount of EUR 500.00 or, where applicable, the equivalent of that amount in the currency used by you for the payment of the Service.
11. Privacy
We collect, process and use information that we collect from you as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Term and Termination
You are entitled to terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without the need of giving us notice, simply by ceasing to use the Service.
Should you terminate the contract without fulfilling your obligations to us, in particular payment of the Charge, our right to demand compensation remains unaffected. This applies also in case of cancellations, in which case cancellation rules and cancellation fees described in this Terms and Conditions shall apply.
We are entitled to terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time and with immediate effect by restricting your access to the Service if you violate or breach these Terms and Conditions. In case of termination by us, we will give you a notice in writing that would be sent to your registered e-mail address indicated in the Booking Request.
13. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its rules on conflicts of laws.
If you reside in the EU and you are a consumer, provided that statutory consumer protection regulations that are applicable in your country of residence contain provisions that are more beneficial for you as a customer, these will apply accordingly as well.
14. Dispute Resolution
To the extent permitted by law, all disputes and claims arising from these Terms and Conditions and your use of the Service, shall be resolved exclusively by the competent court in Frankfurt, Germany.
If you reside in the EU, you may also bring judicial proceedings relating to the Services before the competent court of your country of residence. If you reside in the EU, we may only bring judicial proceedings against you in your country of residence, unless you are acting as a business in which case you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Frankfurt, Germany.
Eligible consumers residing in the EU can also submit complaints about our Services or these Terms and Conditions the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform accessible pursuant to the Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of 21 May 2013 (Link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home2.show). Nonetheless, we hereby do not commit to using an online dispute resolution platform to resolve consumer disputes.
15. Modification of these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions, or change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Where any material changes are made to these Terms and Conditions, and you are an existing customer, we will provide you with a reasonable advance notice of any material changes. You may terminate the contract without penalty if you do not accept the changes.
Otherwise, the latest version of the Terms and Conditions will always be published on our Website with the date of the last update. These Terms and Conditions were updated most recently on 01.12.2025.
16. Final provisions
These Terms and Conditions are available in both English and German language.
We may assign these Terms and Conditions or any of our rights or obligations in them, in whole or in part, without your prior consent, provided this will not lead to a reduction of the rights you are entitled to by virtue of these Terms and Conditions or by applicable law. You may not assign these Terms and Conditions or any of our rights or obligations, in whole or in part.
These Terms and Conditions are our entire agreement with you, together with any additional agreement relating to the use of the Website (Terms of Use), as well as the applicable Privacy Policy.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes void or ineffective, it shall be deemed deleted, and the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain unaffected. In all other respects, statutory provisions of the governing law shall apply.
